We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, here's what you need to know:
Standard Orders
You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided manufacturing has not yet begun.
Custom Orders
Custom-made doors are made to your specific requirements and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your door arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
